Rule 95
Gratuity or pension can be withheld in case of non-compliance
If the retired employee does not hand over the legislative-parliamentary or government cash, goods and documents as per the rules, the gratuity or pension that he will receive can be withheld for the period of non-payment. Employees who need to understand such government cash, documents and documents should also understand it within the specified time.
